Digitdia 4000 and Vista: cannot install please help

Hello,
I've a Digitdia 4000 and I cannot install it under Windows Vista.
When Vista is looking for driver, at the end, it is this always "Acces denied. Cannot install your hardware" (in french, 'cause I'm french).
I DL the latest Cyberview on reflecta website, but it can't help.
My computer is Toshiba Satellite P200.

That seem's to be a Vista problem. You may try to deactivate what in German is called "Benutzerkontensteuerung". (Sorry I don't know exact how it is called in English or French)
You will find that under systemcontrol, "Benutzerkonten". After installing the software you may re-activate it.
Also urgent: Firewire on the DigitDia does not work under Vista - you have to use USB. And also be shure to have the latest Vista Updates, because there was a USB Update a few weeks ago!
NS: I have a DigitDia 4000 and 5000 - both work fine under Vista.
