Negative size in Crystalscan

I´m thinking of replace my broken Minolta Dual 2 with a Refcta Crystalscan 7200. I didn´t like the negholder in the Minolta because it croped the negative. I see from the specs that the Crystalscan have max scan area is 24,3 x 36,5. Can I expect to get that in practice? Jan

Hi,
when scanning with 3600x3600 DPI you get an image with 5160x3444 pixels without any borders. Irfanview tells that it is 3.6 x 2.4 cm, you can calculate it more accurate on your own
